Please arrive 10 minutes early to change, have a herbal tea and fill in a short health form. Late arrivals may get a shorter session so the next guest is not delayed.

We provide robes, slippers, disposable underwear and spa clothes for Thai massage. You only need to bring yourself. Lockers are available.

Yes, free of charge up to 24 hours before your appointment. Within 24 hours we may keep 50% of prepaid bookings.

Prepaid bookings cancelled in time are refunded to the original payment method within 3–7 working days, or kept as spa credit if you prefer.

Of course. Mention your preference in the booking note; most of our therapists are female and male therapists are available on request.

We offer a gentle prenatal massage after the first trimester. Please tell us if you are pregnant — hot stones, steam, sauna and some oils are not suitable.
